Tiffany Fox has magical hands; she is the director of a progressive
massage company in Hillcrest called Holistic Hands. Tiffany
received her therapist certificates from Mueller College of
Holistic Studies and opened Holistic Hands in 1998. For the
last decade, Tiffany and her staff have studied and integrated
a variety of therapies including Medical, Asian, European and
Western techniques. They combine styles such as acupressure,
shiatsu, neuromuscular re-education, trigger point therapy,
healing touch and reflexology, in order to customize treatments
for any individual’s needs.
Holistic health generally means maintaining health and balance
between the mind, the spirit and the body; stress on any one
area will affect the whole. Massage has become widely recognized
over the last several years as a valuable resource for relieving
stress and reviving the body. Techniques such as acupressure
and shiatsu are used to help promote and maintain the natural
